Educational background and work experience
I have a Master of Science in Geography from the University of Copenhagen. My focus was environmental and development geography with a SLUSE (Sustainable Land Use and Natural Resource Management) specialization.
I have worked with sustainability and developed my knowledge and skills in the field for over 30 years. My focus has been on environmental education, nature and resource conservation, responsible purchasing and consumption, as well as responsibility in business operations, the textile industry and tourism.
For 13 years I was self-employed. My company, EcoEgo, was a green lifestyle store with e-commerce and physical locations, as well as events, workshops and consulting services. Here I developed a broad network of partners, both in the private and public sectors: including schools, organizations, public institutions and companies.
