If you want to protect organizations against cyber threats and strengthen digital resilience, Cyber Security Operations provides the practical skills to do so.
The course focuses on monitoring and operating secure IT systems, enabling you to prevent, detect, and handle minor security incidents. You will work with backup strategies, risk analysis, patch management, log and event analysis, and disaster recovery planning.
Combining technical expertise with an understanding of organizational needs, the course prepares you to assess risks, document incidents, and implement effective operational security measures aligned with current standards and evolving threat landscapes.
Taking an exchange semester in Cybersecurity
Exchange students are accepted into the 3rd semester of the Bachelor degree in Cybersecurity.
lt is required that students have completed at least 1 year of studies in a related field, such as computer science or IT security with a basic understanding of data security, automation and scripting.

During the semester at EK you have one mandatory course and the option to take an elective course as well. The description of the elective courses will be updated as soon as possible
