Praktikaftale
Her skal du indtaste information om den praktikaftale, du har indgået med virksomheden, og som du ønsker, der skal laves en kontrakt på. Du og virksomheden modtager kontrakten til godkendelse på e-mail, så det er meget vigtigt, at du indtaster korrekt e-mail-adresse. Husk, at du skal bruge din EK-mail og ikke din private mailadresse (også i den kommende godkendelse og dialog).
Begynd ikke at udfylde praktikaftalen, før:
- Du kender virksomhedens adresse
- Du kender virksomheden P-nummer (hvis det er en dansk virksomhed - find det på cvr.dk - videoguiden nedenfor viser dig hvordan) eller virksomhedens registreringsnummer (hvis det er en udenlandsk virksomhed)
- Du kender navn, jobtitel, telefonnummer og e-mail på din kontaktperson i virksomheden
- Du ved, hvad der skal stå i praktikaftalen angående arbejdsopgaver, arbejdstid samt start- og slutdato

Internship agreement
Please fill in all the information about the internship agreement you have agreed upon with the company. The information will be used in the final internship agreement. Later both you and the contact person at the company will receive an internship agreement by e-mail, so it is very important that the e-mail addresses are correct. Remember to use your EK mail and not your private mail address (also in the upcoming approval and dialog).
Fill in the internship agreement
Do not begin filling out the internship agreement until:
- You know the company’s address
- You know the company’s P-number (if it is a Danish company – find it on cvr.dk; the video guide shows you how) or the company’s registration number (if it is a foreign company)
- You know the name, job title, phone number, and email of your contact person in the company
- You know what should be stated in the internship agreement regarding work tasks, working hours, and the start and end dates
